Sacred Hygiene and Grounded Practices for Those Who Hold Space

  • Soul Connection Healing Center 208 Warren Avenue Wright City, MO, 63390 United States (map)

This workshop is designed for the helpers. Intuitives, energy workers, spiritual practitioners, therapists, social workers, nurses, caregivers, and anyone who regularly supports others through healing, growth, or difficult life transitions.

When you spend your days holding space, witnessing pain, or supporting transformation, your own nervous system, emotional body, and energetic field need intentional care. Sacred Hygiene is about learning how to tend to yourself with the same devotion you offer others.

In this workshop, we focus on creating sustainable self care practices that actually fit into real life. Not lofty rituals that only happen once in a while, but simple, repeatable habits that keep you grounded, protected, emotionally clear, and connected to your own inner wisdom.

We’ll explore how to:

• Stay rooted in your body while working with others
• Create energetic and emotional boundaries that don’t feel rigid or exhausting
• Release what isn’t yours after holding space
• Engage in Shadow Work so your own unhealed parts don’t quietly run the show
• Build routines that support regulation, clarity, and resilience

You’ll also learn practical behavior change tools including Behavioral Activation, Habit Stacking, and everyday life hacks to help these sacred practices become part of your routine instead of another thing on your to do list.

Together, we’ll design personalized rituals and micro practices that align with your schedule, energy, and capacity, whether that looks like a two minute grounding reset between clients, a closing ritual at the end of your workday, or a weekly shadow reflection practice.

This is not about being spiritually perfect or endlessly selfless. It’s about learning how to show up resourced, present, and embodied so you can offer genuine care without burning out, dissociating, or carrying everyone else’s energy.

Expect a supportive space with guided reflection, practical teaching, and intentional planning. You’ll leave with a clear framework for Sacred Hygiene, along with tools you can immediately start using to protect your energy, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your relationship with yourself.

When helpers care for themselves in conscious ways, they become safer containers for others and more connected to their own healing. This workshop helps you build that foundation, gently, realistically, and with purpose.
