This is Manifestation 101, reimagined in a gentle, embodied, nervous system friendly way.

If you’re new to manifestation, or if you’ve tried “positive thinking” and vision boards but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to actually move forward, this workshop is for you.

Most manifestation teachings focus on mindset alone. In this class, we go deeper. We explore how your body, emotions, and sense of safety play a huge role in what you’re able to create. When your nervous system feels regulated and supported, aligned action becomes natural instead of forced, clarity replaces pressure, and momentum builds in ways that actually last.

You’ll learn:

  • What manifestation really is (and what it isn’t)

  • Why pushing harder often backfires

  • How safety and self-trust impact your ability to receive

  • How subconscious beliefs and feelings quietly shape your results

  • Simple, practical tools to shift into alignment with your dreams and goals

  • How to set intentions that feel aligned instead of stressful

We’ll work with intention setting, gentle somatic awareness, emotional regulation practices, and guided practices to help you reconnect with your inner magnetism. Expect a mix of teaching, guided exercises, and quiet journaling time. No prior experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

This course is designed for all levels and will give you a solid foundation and real tools you can use in daily life.

Bring a drink, a journal and something to write with. Yoga mats or comfy blankets or pillows are encouraged, but there is upright seating for those who require it.

Instead of pushing or forcing outcomes, we focus on how safety, self trust, and emotional regulation support aligned action and real momentum. We’ll work with intention setting, subconscious beliefs, and simple practices that help the body feel safe enough to receive and move forward.
